We are very happy with the work Jay Condie did on our house, especially given the unique situation we had. We were living in Europe while Jay and our architect renovated our entire house. The kitchen and master bath were completely gutted and remodeled, a new metal roof, hardwood and laminate floors were added. They refinished old hardwoods, painted the entire interior of the house, removed a doorway and bathroom, reconfigured walls and doorways. It was an extensive renovation.
Even with the distance and time difference between us, Jay was easy to work with, professional, and responsive. He also did a good job sticking to the original budget for the work. We would highly recommend Jay Condie to any of our friends. It is hard to find a contractor with such honesty and integrity.
