Working with Jay was awesome! Out of the four contractors that we interviewed Jay was our first choice and we really hoped we could afford his bid. Much to our surprise his bid fell within our budget and the rest was easy. Jay and his crew worked strategically, and focused on the quality of their work throughout.
Jay has a great way of communicating and maintained humor which made problem solving easy. One problem that I remember well was that the architect's plans indicated that one set of stairs should have been enough to get to ground level but during construction it was perfectly clear this was not the case. We all three stepped back and looked at the project and within a few minutes we had a plan that was even better than the original plans thanks to Jay.
We thoroughly enjoy the additional space that Jay added to our home, and continue to have a positive impression of Jay, and his work.
